Camisha Freeborn Reed 

 
  I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Family and Human 
  Development from Utah State University.

  I have received certification as a Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician.

  I am also certified in Neonatal Resuscitation and CPR/First Aid for the Professional.

  I have attended the Doulas of North America (DONA) certified training for becoming a Birth 
  Doula.  DONA is the organization with the highest certification standards for becoming a Doula. 

  I am also attending the Midwives College of Utah to become a midwife by the end of 2009.


As a Doula,  it is important to note, I will NOT provide any clinical care.  My sole purpose is to support you and your family during and after labor.  It is in this capacity that my training as a Doula, my education in Psychology, and  my compassionate nuturing skills will serve their purpose in creating a better birth experience for you and your baby!
